When will I receive my order? Most of our flavors ship within 2-3 days, for small batch flavors please allow 2 weeks.
How can I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your package.
Do you ship outside of the continental United States? Yes, we ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, USVI and Canada. Click here for pricing.
What is the best way to rim a glass? Moisten the edge of the glass with a lemon, lime or orange (citrus) wedge, dip the moistened rim into the sugar/salt and rotate until evenly coated.
How are your sugars and salts packaged? Our blends are packed in a 4 oz. plastic bag. This portion pack provides a great barrier and fits perfectly in a standard butterfly rimmer. Unopened, a pouch will last up to one year. Store in a cool, dry place.
How many drinks does each 4 oz. bag rim? Per glass serving size is roughly one tablespoon (2-3 grams). Each 4 oz. bag contains garnish for 40-50 drinks.
Can I use the tins for my bar? Yes. Our foodservice pack is our most cost effective option but tin cans can be ordered by contacting us at foodservice@twang.com.
How much do you charge for shipping? A fee of $8 per case is charged for shipping within the continental U.S. We do ship to Canada, USVI, Hawaii, PR and Alaska. Fees vary from $10-$15.
